Things I must know about preORDER?

1. Place your order as normal order process.

2. Order and payment cut off date: every 30th of each month. Your order will be cancelled automatically if failed to made payment before cut off date.

3. We will gather all the Pre-Order items every month end and proceed to purchase accordingly. Once all purchase done, we will ship to Malaysia from U.S. and arrange delivery to each customer individually.

4. The delivery normally takes about 3 weeks after cutoff date. It should be end of next month from cut off date.

5. Cancellation is not acceptable once we purchased your goods.

6. No guarantee of goods available status. We will inform you if the goods you wish to purchase is not available when we purchase at U.S.’s store. We can either 100% refund cash to you, or purchase it and deliver it in next batch if you willing to wait.

7. preORDER prices included U.S. Sales Taxes, Purchase & Handling fees, and Shipping to your doorsteps.

 

How I can get the price if the item price showed "Call for Pricing"?

You can email or sms us the Product code, and we will reply you within 24hours.

We open for bargain on "Call for Pricing" items. The sucessful dealed price is final, not subject to any of the member discount.

 

Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at  sales@wodrobe.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceling. 

 

Some clothes I received are Made in China/Vietnam and other countries, are they authentic?

Yes, we 100% guarantee the authencity of the brands. Nowadays, many of international brands manufacture their products in China, Vietnam, Morocco, Hungary, Thailand or etc. But no doubts on the authenticity.

What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).However, you can select your own currency at left panel currency converter section, and then it will convert to your chosen currency. However during checkout it will convert to RM and proceed to our payment gateway.

How long does the delivery usually takes if I order stock items?

Delivery within Malaysia usually will takes about 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery to Singapore takes about 4 - 7 working days.

When do you deliver?

Our courier service deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm local time.

• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

What is Cash Voucher?

Cash vouchers allow recipients to deduct against their purchase. Our online Cash Vouchers code will be sent through email.
