How to become Gold Member and Privilege Member?

Gold Member - After first purchased with Wodrobe.com, customer would automatically qualified as a Gold Member, and enjoy Gold Member's benifits start from 2nd purchase.

 

Privilege Member - Purchase RM2000 in one time or accumulate purchase up to RM3000, customer would automatically qualified as a Privilege Member.

What is Cash Voucher?

Cash vouchers allow recipients to deduct against their purchase. Our online Cash Vouchers code will be sent through email.

How to use the Cash Voucher?

Simply enter the voucher codes at checkout page, and it would be deduct final purchase amount autpmatically.

Please be noted that some of the voucher may have expiry date, it will be stated in the email.

Can a Cash Voucher use in multiple purchase?

Cash Voucher cannot be used for more than one transaction at Wodrobe.com. The Cash Voucher must be fully utilized when making payment. Any unutilized amount of this voucher will be forfeited and shall not be refundable.

Shipping

How long does the delivery usually takes if I order stock items?

Delivery within Malaysia usually will takes about 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery to Singapore takes about 4 - 7 working days.

Other country’s delivery timeline about 4 – 7 working days. Actual time varies depending on custom procedures for each individual country. For more information please refer to www.pos.com.my.

Free shipping for order value above RM100 (value after discount).

Shipping flat rate of RM10.00 will be imposed if order value below RM100.

To Singapore

Free shipping for order value above RM300 (value after discount).

Shipping flat rate of RM25.00 will be imposed if order value below RM300.

When do you deliver?

Our courier service deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm local time.

• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).However, you can select your own currency at left panel currency converter section, and then it will convert to your chosen currency. However during checkout it will convert to RM and proceed to our payment gateway.
